Dictation:
Jack and Fred walked back to catch the train. They looked to see what time their train would come in, but it was not coming. They asked the man at the ticket gate. He said, "Sorry! No trains now for another three hours."
"Oh dear," said Jack, "what shall we do?"
Frank looked in his wallet. "I have two pounds left," he said. "Let's find somewhere to sit and have an ice-cream." They found an ice-cream shop and then looked for a seat. The friends sat and watched the crowds of people coming to catch their trains. People were starting to squabble as they had to wait so long.
At last the train came, and an even more tired Jack and Frank went home.
"Which window is it?" asked Jack.
"The yellow one by the door."
"I know the one," said Jack. "It is very big. Yes, I will help."
